Launched to nurture the next generation of leaders in financial services, The CRÈME Internship Programme equips interns with the skills, mindset, and guidance needed to confidently navigate their future careers.

As part of our commitment to giving back, we actively support community initiatives through hands-on volunteer work with Willing Hearts. Through dedicated service and active involvement, we aim to make a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of those in need, while also fostering a spirit of care and community within our team.

We hosted the inaugural Aegis Client Appreciation Movie Event, a special time of the year to catch up and bond with our clients-turned-friends. The event provided a memorable experience that everyone together, celebrating the relationships we’ve built and fostering a stronger sense of community as a whole.

Building on the success of our first movie night, we hosted our second Aegis Movie Night, this time with a focus on young adults. The event was warmly received by all, offering a valued opportunity for connection and engagement, and has since become a much-anticipated yearly tradition for Aegis.

As part of our commitment to giving back, we volunteered with Food Bank Singapore to support the redistribution of essential food supplies to families in need, contributing in a small but meaningful way to strengthening the communities we serve.

As part of our ongoing commitment to giving back, we extended our community outreach efforts by participating in Meals on Wheels. Through this initiative, our team personally delivered nutritious meals to the elderly, providing not only sustenance but also companionship, and contributing in a meaningful ways to the communities around us.

We launched the Aspire Winter Internship, an immersive 8-week program designed to give students a firsthand experience of the financial services industry. The program offers valuable learning opportunities, practical insights, and mentorship to help participants develop essential skills to build strong foundations for their future careers.

We partnered with SimplyWills to expand our range of service offerings, integrating estate planning into our holistic financial planning approach. This collaboration allows us to provide clients with comprehensive solutions that not only secure their financial future but also ensure their legacy and loved ones are well taken care of.

We launched Aegis Mic Check, a platform designed for our consultants to refine their public speaking and presentation skills. More than just a podcast, Aegis Mic Check is our voice, our story, and a reflection of our commitment to sharing knowledge, insights, and experiences with the world.

Amid the challenges of COVID-19, we successfully brought the fun of arts and crafts to our clients’ homes through an engaging Zoom event. The session offered a memorable opportunity for everyone to engage and share creative moments together, strengthening bonds even during uncertain times.

Over the years, we’ve nurtured this annual tradition, and in 2023 it grew to welcome over 600 participants. The evening provided a memorable opportunity for clients and our team to connect, celebrate, and strengthen relationships, marking our largest movie event to date.

We began work on the Aegis Handbook, a financial planning starter guide tailored for young adults. Designed to complement the guidance and support we provide, the handbook equips young adults with practical insights and tools to confidently navigate their financial journeys.

An initiative that aims to promote sustainability efforts, and to plant more than a million trees across the island by 2030.
